Paying from Libya

Card payments run through Stripe, which does not serve Libya directly. Operators in Libya pay for Operator Pro by bank transfer against an invoice in US dollars, and we activate the plan when the transfer arrives. Pilot Pro is sold only in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Libyan cards do not always work in the stores; if yours is refused, write to support@bishopaviators.com and we will help. We are looking at Libyan payment wallets for a later phase.

Pricing questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep what you paid for until the month or year ends. Cancel Pilot Pro in the App Store or Google Play. For Operator Pro, write to support@bishopaviators.com and we will stop the renewal. The refunds page, linked in the footer, sets out the refund terms.

Is there a placement fee?

No. Operators pay the subscription and nothing when they hire. Applying to a job and answering an urgent request are free for pilots, and they stay free. A fee on leasing-style hires may come in a later phase. Operators would pay it, and it would be opt-in.

Do team members cost extra?

No. One Operator Pro subscription covers your organisation; owner, admin and recruiter members all work under it.

Do prices include VAT or local taxes?

Prices are shown before tax. Where tax applies in your country, it is added at checkout or on the invoice.
